These terms apply to all orders placed online, through social media, or directly via our 24/7 WhatsApp Concierge service across Pakistan.
2. Nationwide Delivery & Cash on Delivery (COD)
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and all connecting towns) through premium courier partners including TCS, Leopards, and Trax. Standard orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours and typically arrive within 2–4 business days. Payment is collected in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) upon delivery at your doorstep.
3. 7-Day Exchange & Quality Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. We provide a 7-Day Hassle-Free Exchange Policy for all unstitched ladies and gents suits. If you receive a damaged article, manufacturing defect, or incorrect color/size, notify us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp at +92 320 0074241 with order photos. Garments must remain unstitched, unwashed, and in their original luxury box packing with all brand tags intact.
